Botfly larvae maggot extracted from kitty nose

I’m sorry to hear that your cat has a botfly larva maggot in its nose.

This is a common issue for cats and can be quite serious. It’s best to take your cat to the vet as soon as possible for proper removal.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to keep your cat away from areas where it may have picked up the botfly larva, such as areas with stagnant water or where there are a lot of insects.

I wish your cat a speedy recovery!
